Dibujar y cortar todo insume cerca de 6 hs

MUY IMPORTANTE !!!
Al dibujar el fondo y las bandas, debemos hacerlo en las diagonales de las maderas.

Hacer agujeros de 4 m.m. cada 3 cm para unir las maderas con alambre y precintos.

Comenzamos a unir las piezas.
Start to join the pieces together
Para poder cerrar el armado de las maderas, tendrán que unirlas con ALAMBRE GALVANIZADO de 1,5 m.m. / 2 m.m. ya que la madera hace mucha resistencia a la torsión.
To finish the the joints using wire 1,5 m.m. / 2 m.m.
because wood makes much resistance to twisting.
Una vez que están todas las piezas unidas se necesita MUCHISIMA PACIENCIA ya que SEGURAMENTE NO COINCIDEN POR NINGÚN LADO, es más PARECERÁ QUE LAS CORTARON MAL !!
Hay que comenzar a ajustar de a poco los alambres y los precintos hasta lograr que todo coincida.

En la foto de arriba se pueden ver dos alambres puestos en diagonal que SON MUY IMPORTANTES para alinear las cuadernas bien perpendiculares a crujía.

Debemos poner cinta en el fondo y comenzar a masillar las uniones internas.

Nos llevó 30 hs de trabajo neto y u$s 250.- hacer el casco y 8 tortas !!!

Teníamos en el club un Optimist de la Escuelita, que estaba muy maltrecho.
Consultamos a varios plastiqueros para que lo reparen pero ninguno se vió interesado en el trabajo.
We had an Optimist at the club, which was very battered. We consulted several workers for repair it but none was seen interested in help us.
